When my father died he left me a nice home in Sun City Center but it was a used home that needed a fixing here and there before being put on the market. I am a thousand miles away and did not know anyone in the area- then came Neal to the rescue! She knew the painters, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, exterminators, handymen, etc. Neal checked on my house while it was on the market (quite a long time while legal matters were ironed out), informing me of issues, sending photos and making recommendations on tradesmen who could help me. Neal helped line up people to clean the house, sell its contents, the “A” to “Z”. Without her acting as my eyes and ears I don’t know what I would have done.
If I were ever looking to buy in the area, Neal would be my agent because I know she would look out for me.
